Colored blazer is a versatile piece we can wear for the office and weekend, I especially love cobalt blue version, because the color is eye-catching yet sophisticated, easy-going and ultra flattering. Did I mention that it’s the hottest color this season?

Last time, we shared how to style a blue blazer for warm weather (remember those gorgeous sandals, cute prints and distressed jeans? ). Today’s featured looks of  Emma Stone & Jessica Alba showed us how to wear it for late summer and fall:

Dark colors and earthy tones are our go-tos for cold weather, and cobalt blue goes perfectly with those shades, like the grey, black, and rich brown showed on today’s featured stars; Accessories are always a quick, easy and affordable way to update any look. Here, Emma Stone opted for right-in beanie and menswear-inspired oxford to make the classic black/blue combination look fresh and updated while hot mom Jessica Alba chose red mirror sunglasses and statement jewelry for an edgy yet glamorous finishing touch.

3.1 Phillip Lim for Target is my favorite target collaboration so far. The pieces are classic & contemporary, yet with a bold, edgy or fun twist, perfectly meet a modern woman’s need. Today’s featured looks above are great example of how versatile Phillip Lim’s designs is.

Tuxedos are must have for a modern working woman, not only because they can take you from office to cocktail party (a quick change can be as simple as taking off the button-down shirt you wear for the office and button up the jacket to show a hint of cleavage), but also because the separates can be mixed with many other pieces in your closet, be it a fun, whimsical sweatshirt or a bold flirty animal print mini skirt, a futuristic clear stiletto or a studded clutch, let the unexpected juxtaposition show off your taste and unknown side.

As you can see from the four looks above, today our featured item is the classic denim jacket, in particular the cropped, medium to dark wash version. This shade goes with everything and is great for year-round wear. The cropped length is versatile and leg-elongating!

During spring/summer, I especially love paring it with soft, delicate feminine pieces, like floral or lace sundresses on the ladies above. With comfortable walking booties or sneakers, the finishing outfit can take you from street to beach. With sexy stilettos and scarlet lips, January Jones even worn it to the red carpet!
