Winter White: Colorblock Coat & Red Accent

Thanks to the strong black and white trend, not only the traditional winter white shades like eggshell and cream are totally acceptable, the bright whites we usually see in summer are also can, and should be embraced in winter now. A crisp white piece can instantly make a monochrome look modern, sharp and chic.

Here, Miranda Kerr chose the classic white, blue and red color theme, while Lily Collins demonstrated the black & white simplicity. The faux fur coat on Lily Collins is colorblocked, combined with a black jumpsuit, making the stodgy fur youthful and flattering.

I’m glad that the red trend is back this fall. You can team it with almost any color, the combination of red and white is especially fresh and uplifting.

In Chinese: 感谢这几季强劲的黑白风，现在秋冬穿白色的概念已经完全被大家所接受了，而且色调上也不再局限于传统的米白、象牙白，连春夏常见的亮白色、银白色也完全四季皆宜了。

在色彩的搭配上，Miranda Kerr所穿的蓝、白、红以及Lily Collins身上极简的黑与白等都是经典的组合。我尤其喜欢Lily Collins的这件黑白撞色的皮草外套，和黑色的连身裤搭配起来，降低了皮草的正式感又能拉长腿型。

另外，今年红色又回潮了！就像小黑裙一样，每一个人一定有属于自己的那一款红。这个经典的颜色无论和中性的黑白灰，撞色的蓝、绿还是相近的粉或桔搭配起来都很漂亮，和纯白色配起来更是格外醒目。

Party Outfit: Little Black Dress & Sexy Cutouts

To continue on from our last conversation about preparing for the coming ‘party season’, if you are not into colors, a never-goes-out-of-style LBD will surely fit your needs. Hard to believe that with such a simple color and shape, the little black dress is constantly reinvented each season. This time, it is combined with the hottest peek-a-boo trend as you can see on the featured icons above.

When it comes to styling, balance the sexy cutouts with demure knee-grazing hem. Keep accessories simple and quiet, let the dress take center stage. As long as you choose the cutouts wisely, you can rock these looks no matter the age.

Fall Party Looks: Mustard Yellow & Emerald Green

With countless holiday parties lie ahead, choosing the right dresses definitely stays at the top of my to-do-list. Festival colors like bright red & metallic, and jewelry tones like amethyst purple & rich claret are all great options for cold season.

I especially love mustard yellow and color of the year-emerald green, so I have to feature these two looks of Blake Lively spotted at fashion week. Besides my favorite colors, the dresses on her also incorporate some hottest elements this season like leather and embellishment.

For dresses in autumnal hues, team them with warm tone accessories, like a gold bracelet, a burnt-orange bag, burgundy or rich brown stiletto for picturesque fall looks.

In Chinese: 到了年底，少不了要参加各种各样的派对，穿什么永远是摆在最前面的问题。节日感强的红色或金属色，浓郁的宝石色等其实都是秋冬不错的选择。我最喜欢的是活泼中又不失稳重感的芥末黄和今年大热的翡翠绿。所以当我看到Blake Lively在刚过去的时装周期间穿的这两条裙子时，一下子爱上它们了。它们不但是我最喜欢的秋冬颜色，而且还结合了好些本季的流行元素像彩色的皮革以及星星点点的宝石装饰等。

像这样的裙装，配饰也选择暖色调为好，比如金色或玫瑰金的手环，暗橘色的手包，酒红或深棕色的高跟鞋等。
