What’s it about: Frida Gustavsson fashion week spring 2013 street style
What I learned:
1. Practice some skills to be picture-perfect every time. I learned at least four tips from Frida Gustavsson’s three looks above: Find your best pose and stick to it; Slightly turn your body and never put your feet together; Tilt your chin slightly; Casually put one hand in your pocket when you don’t know how to place your hands.
2. Classic pieces (including clothing and accessories) are definitely worth the investment. See the same plain white T-shirt, leopard tote, leather belt and classic shades in the photos above?
3. “Half-tucked-in shirt” style (as you can see from the left and middle looks above: leaving half the shirt out with the other half tucked-in) is a well-known style trick to achieve the effortlessly chic look.
4. Be creative: mix different prints (like the foulard print on this pants with wild leopard on this tote) or team prints with solid bright colors (like this orange pull over worn with this leopard cross body bag) to give your old classic pieces a modern fresh look.
