 We just talked about the “chameleon” designer Marc Jacobs last time. When it comes to street style, we can’t miss another “chameleon”–Taylor Tomasi Hill.  She is a master of balancing–mixing feminine pieces with masculine or edgy items; mixing high fashion label like Burberry with high street brand like Madewell… She always brings us creative styling tips and standout outfits.

Today’s look is my favorite from her during NYFW. The sophisticated tailored trench coat, retro preppy checked top, distressed denim cutoffs and edgy ankle wrap sandals all blend harmoniously together.

My favorite piece is the subtle long black shirt. She wore it under the top and let it peep out from the shorts. The collar adds preppy vibe while the hem adding effortless chicness to the look. It also ties everything together: from the black trim on her coat to her black sandals.
