After seeing so many kaleidoscope prints, ornate embellishments, saturated bold colors, it’s so fresh to spot clean, sleek black and white ensemble. And from the intense fashion events last month, we know that we will play around this classic palette in the coming season too.

High contrast black and white combination is my all-time favorite. It’s more sophisticated than colorful patterns, but has the same attractive, eye-catching effect.

Late summer/early fall is my favorite time of the year because it’s the time to be more creative and have more fun, to combine summer pieces with cold weather garments, to play with lightweight materials and chunky textures…Since we broke the “No white after Labor day” rule, teaming summer crisp white with fall rich earth tone adds more interesting contrast to our looks.
