The bold face or brushstroke print maybe not for everyone, but one solid primary color is so much easier to pull off. My tip? When the color is eye-catching, keep the silhouette sleek and accessories minimal for a modern, sophisticated vibe.

With a small frame, it really took me a long time to wrap my head around the notion of thigh high boots. After trying out a few, I found that it’s all about the right fit: it has to be slimming from the ankle to the thigh area. About the length, those end below the mid thigh are more flattering and proportional to my frame. When it comes to styling, pair them with casual Tees or girly flare skirts/dresses to keep them from looking too sexy.

In Chinese: 我本身也是矮个儿一族，所以对于大热的大腿靴也是犹豫了很长时间才决定挑战看看。试了几次之后发现只要选对款式，娇小女孩完全可以穿，关键在于靴筒要从脚踝开始就非常服帖，一直到大腿的部分都要合，才会显得腿更纤细修长。长度的话最好在膝盖上三寸左右，不要过高。日常穿搭时配上休闲的条纹T恤、针织衫或女孩风的伞裙来平衡大腿靴的性感。
