Cobalt blue is a classic and modern, bold yet sophisticated color that can be worn year-round. Without red or yellow undertone, it flatters many skin tones. Among all the neutrals, I love pairing bright blue with grey or brown which is less expected than black. For bold card player, combine blue with radiant orchid or plum for fall/winter, with sunny yellow or orange for spring/summer.
