Nina Dobrev’s look reminds me of a comic book by Robert Morales: Truth: Red, White & Black. Yes, red, white and black–it’s such a classic color scheme that we can frequently see in fashion and–in another of my favorite area–interior design.
Although black and white are both very basic and versatile, but red will appear differently against them. You can see below that when paired with black, red is more intense. While with white, it is more fresh.
I personally like to wear white/beige and black as the main theme and use red(like shoes or bag) to brighten up the look. Nina Dobrev’s outfit is more spring/summer appropriate: the beige blazer and red dress bombo is so fresh; The black bag and sunnies turn down the bold hues a little bit.
She has been spotted carrying this bag with several stylish outfits lately:
This DYLAN TRIPLE shoulder bag comes in a variety of beautiful yet versatile colors: black, white, amethyst, saffron and emerald. I especially love the amethyst and saffron.
