Small details make a huge difference, especially in fashion world. More often, it’s the little things, accessories or splashes of color, liven up an outfit while tie everything together, as showed above: A spike bracelet edges up a ladylike dress; A mustard heel adds fun to black/white polka dots; A red stiletto pops against a neutral palette; A layered pearl necklace balances the youthful stripes; A peplum hem updates a classic pencil skirt, let alone that bold, delectable hot pink hue!

Kate Middleton’s Chic Pregnancy Style

I’m current in my eighth month of pregnancy. Keeping stylish when due date approaching isn’t easy. Nothing seems right with a big bump. A maxi dress or a maternity top and jeans combo just makes me tent-like from the side. Thankfully, it hasn’t been too hot here in New York, which means I can add another layer out of my dress or Tee: a thin coat, a blazer or a vest. This layer does all the magic: the tailored silhouette reduces the bulkness and instantly polishes up the whole look.

This little trick is “proved” right by style savvy Kate Middleton. As you can see from the above two chic maternity looks: a black peplum jacket reshaped her upper half while elongating her legs.  A season appropriate stone color trench coat brightens up her face, covers up her bump and elevates a casual outfit.
