Pop art is a huge trend this season. Usually we will wear art-inspired prints with neutrals for balance, but Miranda Kerr said otherwise by pairing her Prada printed coat with floral patterns and cheerful hues, mainly because the oversized abstract print on her coat is fairly neutral. A bag that has colors on her coat and skirt ties everything together. It’s an outfit she wore to a baby shower. Nothing beats a pretty, spirit-lifting outfit to celebrate a new life, right?

I’m mesmerized by the idea of wearing a trench coat as a dress, nothing underneath. The contrast is so sexy. For an ubiquitous basic piece like this, I like to look for details: Capelet, contrast sleeves, luxurious material, or fun colors makes one stand out. Here, Blake Lively showed us how to wear it for day and night. Her unstudied attitude and signature tousled hair are the best accessories!

When in doubt, wear red. It’s classic yet eye-catching, elegant yet sexy, feminine and graceful. It instantly boosts your energy. No matter what your skin tone, there is a perfect red for you. It’s all about getting the undertone right. If you have a warm skin tone like Kate Bosworth, look for yellow-based red, like orange-red, watermelon, bittersweet red, and choose gold accessories to bring out the warmth. If you have a cool skin tone, opt for blue-based red like blue-red, rose, and use silver or turquoise as the perfect finishing touch.
